5Chimney Requirements
A. Venting Components
Chimney Connector:
It is also known as fl ue pipe or stove pipe. The chimney connector joins the stove to the chimney. It must be a 6 inch (152mm) minimum diameter 24 gauge mild steel black or 26 gauge blued steel, or an approved

B. Chimney Systems
Prefabricated Metal Chimney
•Must be minimum 6 inch (152mm) diameter (ID) high temperature chimney listed to UL 103 HT (2100oF) or ULC S629M.
•Must use components required by the manufacturer for installation.
•Must maintain clearances required by the manufacturer for installation.
•Refer to manufacturers instructions for installation.

FACTORY-BUILT CHIMNEYS.
