INSTALLATION ET RÉGLAGE DES MINI-FERS

AU CARBURE

Si les fers ou les porte-fers sont encrassés et que les fers sont difficiles à enlever, ôtez les mâchoires et les vis de bridage et nettoyez toutes les surfaces avec du white spirit, du dissolvant à vernis ou de l’alcool. Ceci permettra de régler correctement le fer et améliorera la performance de l’outil. (voir DÉMONTAGE DES PORTE-FERS POUR MINI-FERS CT ET DE LEURS CONTRE-FERS)

Pour monter les fers, faites-les glisser doucement sur les nervures des porte-fers.

Pour assurer un fonctionnement correct et un rabotage régulier, les fers doivent être positionnés de manière à ce qu’ils soient :

•Centrés par rapport aux semelles avant et arrière

•Alignés l’un par rapport à l’autre

•Positionnés de sorte qu’ils ne touchent aucune partie du rabot quand ils tournent

•Appuyés de manière régulière contre l’arrière du porte-fer pour garantir qu’ils sont alignés correctement.

1.Alignez la rainure au-dessus du fer avec la nervure du porte-fer et faites glisser doucement le fer sur le porte-fer, comme indiqué à la figure 6.

2.À l’aide d’une cale de bois, repoussez le fer CT vers le fond du porte-fer de manière à ce que le côté interne du fer soit en appui contre la partie inclinée du porte-fer. (Ceci garantie que les fers sont alignés correctement.)

3.Ensuite serrez les vis de bridage à empreinte Torx en suivant l’ordre de serrage correct (1,2,3) comme indiqué à la figure 4. Votre rabot est maintenant prêt à l’emploi.

Vis des contre-fers – Dans le cas normal, la position du contre-fer sur les porte-fers pour mini-fers CT n’a pas besoin d’être réglée. En fait, les vis qui fixent le contre-fer au porte-fer sont scellées d’usine avec un produit de scellement jaune qui ne doit pas être perturbé. Toutefois, si vous pensez qu’un réglage est nécessaire, il est extrêmement important que ce réglage soit effectué correctement et il est préférable de le confier à un Service d’Usine Bosch ou à un Centre de Service Bosch Agréé.
