Reafilado DE LAS Cuchillas DE AAV

Las cuchillas de AVV de cepillo mecánico desgastadas o desafiladas pueden reafilarse. El ángulo óptimo de 50° de la cuchilla debe mantenerse al reafilar la cuchilla.

Una vez que se haya quitado un total de 6 mm de acero de las puntas de las cuchillas, ambas cuchillas deben reemplazarse, porque la altura mínima de la cuchilla de AAV es de 23 mm desde la parte trasera hasta la punta.

NIVELACIÓN DE LAS CUCHILLAS DE AAV

Se requiere un dispositivo de fijación de nivelación de cuchillas de AAV PA1206 (accesorio opcional) para nivelar las cuchillas de AAV nuevas o reafiladas. (No es necesario con las cuchillas de AAV y retenedores PA1204, que se nivelan en la fábrica.)

1.Coloque la cuchilla y el retenedor de la cuchilla sobre el dispositivo de fijación de nivelación y asegúrese de que el retenedor de la cuchilla se acople en las ranuras provistas para este propósito. (Fig. 9.)

2.Presione la cuchilla del cepillo mecánico contra el tope que está delante del filo para lograr la profundidad e igualdad (nivelación) apropiadas, y con el retenedor de la cuchilla en esta posición, apriétela con los tornillos de fijación. Esto ajustará automáticamente la cuchilla a la altura y nivelación correctas.

3.Apriete los tornillos del retenedor.

4.Quite el ensamblaje de cuchilla y retenedor del dispositivo de fijación de nivelación.

5.Repita el procedimiento para la segunda cuchilla.
