Operating Instructions

Oven Functions

The oven has the following functions:

L Oven lighting

With this function you can illuminate the oven interior e.g. for clean- ing.

The heating element is not in use.

U Fan cooking

For baking on up to three levels at the same time.

The rear wall heating element is used and in addition the fan is switched on.

ADefrost

To begin to thaw and to defrost such items as flan, butter, bread, fruit or other frozen foods.

For this function the fan operates without heating.

FGrill

For grilling flat foods placed on the middle of the shelf such as steaks, escalopes or fish, or for toasting.

The grill heating element is in use.

IRotitherm

For roasting larger joints of meat or poultry on one level. The function is also suitable for cooking foods au gratin and browning.

The grill heating element and fan operate alternately.
