Using the Oven 21
Meat probe
For switching off the oven when the temperature at the centre of a roast reach- es a set temperature.
There are two temperatures to consider:
–The oven temperature: see Roasting Table
–The core temperature: see Meat probe Table
1 Important!: Only the meat probe supplied may be used. If replacing, please use only genuine spare parts.
1.Switch on the appliance using the On/Off button.
2.Push the tip of the meat probe right into
the meat so that the tip is in the centre of the meat.
3. Insert the meat probe plug into the socket on the side wall of the oven as far as it will go.
4.Using the or button set the desired core temperature.
The display changes to the current core temperature.
If the current core temperature has already been displayed, before the desired core temperature is set, then press the Selection button repeatedly, until the function Meat probe flashes and then carry out the setting.
3The core temperature is displayed from 30°C.
