Meat probe

For setting an exact core temperature at which the oven will be switched off. The meat probe can be used with Top/Bottom Heat (conventional) and Hot Air (fan) functions.

There are two temperatures to remember:

Oven temperature: see Roasting Table

Core temperature: see Meat Probe Table

1Important: Use only the meat probe supplied! If replacing, use only the manufacturer's original replacement part.

1. As far as possible, push the meat

probe fully into the meat, so that the point is in the centre.

2. Push the meat probe plug into the socket on the side of the oven, as far as it will go.

3.Set the desired oven function.

4.Set the desired core temperature within 5 seconds, using or control knob.

The display changes to the current core temperature.
