3.Remove factory-installed power cord.

Disconnect the black and white wires of the electrical cord from the EMI filter.

Use a 7 mm socket wrench to remove the ground screw. Remove the green ground wire.

Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the strain relief screw. Open the strain relief clamp.

Pull the power supply cord through the back of the dishwasher.

Close the strain relief clamp and replace screw so it does not interfere with the terminal block cover.

4.Remove the house wiring knockout.

5.Run the house wiring through the cable clamp and into the dishwasher.

6.Install a cable clamp (not supplied) in the knockout opening.

7.From the house wiring, strip 1/2(13 mm) of insulation off of each wire.

8.Attach the supply cable to the EMI filter.

Connect the black wires together using a wire nut. Connect the white wires together using a wire nut.

Place the ground wire under the ground screw. Use a 7 mm socket wrench to securely tighten the ground screw.

9.Tighten the cable clamp and replace the electrical cover.

10.Pull the bottom drawer runners all the way out. Make sure the latches on the back of each drawer runner are facing forward.
