Replace all parts and panels before operating.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR

Refer to page 4-10 for the procedure for servic- ing the heater element assembly. NOTE: The temperature sensor is part of the heater ele- ment assembly.

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Disconnect the wire connector from the CHASSIS HARNESS terminals on the controller.

3.Set the ohmmeter to the R x 1 scale.

4.Touch the ohmmeter test leads to heater terminals 1 and 2. The meter should indi- cate as follows:

962 @ 68°F (20°C)

1000 @ 86°F (30°C)

1200 @ 140°F (60°C)

WATER FILL VALVES

Refer to page 4-16 for the procedure for servic- ing the water fill valves.

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Disconnect the wire connectors from the water fill valve solenoid terminals.

3.Set the ohmmeter to the R x 1 scale.

4.Touch the ohmmeter test leads to the up- per and lower water fill valve solenoid

terminals. The meter should indicate be- tween 65 and 75 .
