Do not use eyelid covers for the surface units or stovetop grills. The use of devices or accesso- ries that are not expressly recommended in this manual can create serious safety hazards, result in performance problems, and reduce the life of the components of the appliance.

Cleaning Safety

Turn off all controls and wait for appliance partstocoolbeforetouchingorcleaningthem. Donottouchtheburnergratesorsurrounding areas until they have had sufficient time to cool.

If an ungrounded, two-hole or other type electrical outlet is encountered, it is the personal responsibility of the appliance owner to have the outlet replaced with a properly grounded and polarized three- hole electrical outlet.
