La garantía otorgada por (Ariston) en este enunciado de garantías se aplica solamente a los aparatos Ariston SP vendidos al primer comprador por Ariston o sus distribuidores autorizados, vendedores, revendedores y centros de

asistencia en los Estados Unidos y Canadá. Las garantías aquí incluidas nos son transferibles.

Plazo de garantía

1 Año de garantía limitada a partir de la fecha de compra

Ariston reparará o reemplazará sin cargo, cualquier componente que posea defectos en condiciones de uso doméstico normal. Costos de envío y mano de obra están incluidos. El servicio de reparación debe ser realizado por un Servicio de Asistencia Ariston Autorizado.

Esta garantía queda sujeta a las siguientes condiciones:

-El aparato debe ser instalado y usado de forma correcta respetando nuestras instrucciones operativas y de mantenimiento

-El aparato debe utilizarse solamente con la alimentación de electricidad o gas impresa en la placa de identificación.

-El aparato debe emplearse solamente para usos domésticos normales.

-El aparato no debe ser forzado, reparado, mantenido, desmantelado o similar por una persona no autorizada por nosotros.

-Cualquier reparación debe ser realizado por nosotros o por un Centro de Asistencia autorizado por Ariston.

SE EXCLUYE:

Esta garantía no cubre reparaciones o llamadas a centro de asistencia para corregir la instalación, para dar instrucciones sobre el uso de su producto, para reemplazar fusibles de la casa o arreglar la instalación de fontanería o de cableado eléctrico de su hogar. Además, cualquier reparación efectuada en los productos, que hayan sido empleados de forma diferente al uso normal para un hogar no tiene derecho a ningún reclamo en garantía. La garantía excluye todos los defectos o daños surgidos por accidente, alteración, uso impropio, abuso, instalación impropia, trabajo de servicio de asistencia no autorizado o causas externas ajenas al control de Ariston, tales como incendio, inundación o fuerza mayor o instalación no en regla con las normas de fontanería o electricidad locales.

Esta garantía no cubre: Daños debidos al transporte, reemplazo de cualquier pieza o accesorio sujeto al desgaste

normal, incluido pero no limitado a: Enchufes, cables, baterías, lámparas, tubos fluorescentes, arrancadores, tapas y filtros.

Esta garantía no cubre cambios de las partes desmontables de vidrio o plástico.

Costos de mano de obra, envío e instalación necesarios para una reparación o reemplazo de cualquier producto superado el lapso de tiempo de un año a partir de la fecha de compra no están cubiertos por esta garantía. Cualquier reparación o reemplazo de pieza asume la condición de original a los fines de la aplicación del período de garantía. Para prorrogar según cuanto permitido por la ley, esta garantía es válida en lugar de las otras garantías implícitas o explícitas, incluyendo las garantías implícitas de comercio e idoneidad por un objetivo en particular. Ariston no se asume ninguna responsabilidad por accidentes o daños consecuentes.

Algunos estados no admiten la exclusión o limitación de daños accidentales o consecuenciales, en ese caso dicha limitación no le será aplicada. Esta garantía le otorga derechos legales específicos y podrá gozar de otros derechos legales que varían de un estado a otro.
