. . . "dn" appears in the temperature display?
The demo mode is activated.
Call Customer Service.
. . . the ice cube maker will not switch on?
Check that the appliance is connected to the power supply.
. . . the ice cube maker is not producing any ice cubes?
Was the water supply line purged of air before the appliance was used for the first time?
Check that the ice cube maker is switched on.
Check that the freezer section is switched on.
Check that the water supply valve is open.
Check that the ice cube drawer is completely closed.
Remember that it can take up to 24 hours for the first ice cubes to be produced.
. . . the ice cube maker is producing only small ice cubes?
Various sizes of ice cubes are produced within a certain period of time, depending on the water pressure.
For instance if the ice cube maker only produces small ice cubes, then your water pressure is low.
Increase the water inlet time (see "Making ice cubes").
. . . the indicator light on the ice cube maker is flashing?
The ice cube tray is in the cleaning position (see "Cleaning and care").
If that is not the reason, then there is a problem.
Call Customer Service.
. . . the appliance cannot be switched off?
The safety lock is activated.
. . . the interior lighting in the refrigerator section is not working?
Was the appliance door left open for a long time? The lighting automatically switches off if the door has been open for approx. 15 minutes.
If that is not the reason, then the interior lighting is defective.
Unplug the appliance, or turn off respective circuit breaker of the house wiring system.
Remove the front panel.
