I.LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS

ENGLISH

A. "BLOWER/HEAT" Switch: Turns the blower

and cooling fans on and off, as well as, the gas burner system. The gas burners will activate shortly after the BLOWER/HEAT switch is turned on. The Temperature of the oven will be regu- lated by the temperature controller.
