Zone Source Control Buttons

OK Button: The OK button provides a discrete confirmation command for use with devices requiring that an additional “select” or “enter” command following a numeric button entry.

NOTE: The remote’s keypad is covered with a removable film to protect it during manufacture and shipping.

C4630 SE “Out-Of-The-Box” Functions

Without additional programming via the Sonance Control Manager, the C4630 SE has very limited functionality. The following functions are available “out-of-the-box” through the

C4630 SE Main Keypad (see Figure 14, on page 18) and the optional IR remote:

V O L U M E UP/DOWN : PRESS the VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons.

M ute: PRESS the Mute button to Mute/un-Mute the local zone; PRESS-AND-HOLD the MUTE button to Mute/un-Mute all zones designated for PARTY MODE.

Zone Source Select: PRESS one of the four ZONE SOURCE SELECT buttons to select that source in the local zone. PRESS-AND- HOLD one of the four zone source select buttons to select that source in all zones designated for PARTY MODE. Pressing a SOURCE SELECT button in a zone that is OFF will turn that zone ON.

Zone OFF: PRESS the Zone OFF button to turn the local zone OFF.

The Numeric Keypad will not function unless the C4630 SE is programmed via the Sonance Control Manager.

NOTE: These “Out - Of -The - Box” functions can also be operated from the optional C4630 SE IR Remote Control if an IR receiver is installed in one of the Main Keypads (see page 19) .
