Setting TCP/IP to Work with the CheetahAccess™ Wireless Gateway
4.You can dynamically assign TCP/IP address settings to a client, or you can manually configure a client with address settings to meet your specific network requirements. (Note that the default IP address of the CheetahAccess Wireless Gateway is 192.168.2.1.)
Dynamic IP Allocation via a DHCP Server
Select “Obtain an IP address automatically” in the IP Address tab. Do not input any values under the “Gateway” tab, and choose “Disable DNS” in the “DNS Configuration” tab. These settings will be automatically configured by the DHCP server. Click “OK” and reboot your system to implement the changes.
