Component_

Create

VS_Component_Create allocates a VolServ API

component handle. A component handle is used to pass

component information to and from VolServ.

Synopsis VST_COMPONENT_HANDLE VS_Component_Create

( void )

Arguments None

Return Values VS_Component_Create returns:

• A component handle, if one can be allocated.

• NULL, if a component handle cannot be allocated. An

appropriate error code is set in VSG_Error.

•VSE_ERR_OUTOFMEM - Memory allocation error.
