The VST_ARCHIVEMEDIACLASS_HANDLE, VST_DRIVE_ID,
VST_MEDIA_ID, and VST_TYPECAPACITY_HANDLE
parameters require that two arguments be passed instead of one.
• The first argument passed is the entry number in the
appropriate table.
• The second argument is Pointer to the location where the
value is stored.
