VS_Connect_
Create VS_Connect_Create allocates a VolServ API connect
handle. A connect handle is used to pass connect information to
and from VolServ.
Synopsis VST_CONNECT_HANDLE VS_Connect_Create ( void )
Arguments None
Return Values VS_Connect_Create returns:
• A connect handle, if one can be allocated.
• NULL, if a connect handle cannot be allocated. An
appropriate error code is set in VSG_Error.
•VSE_ERR_OUTOFMEM - Memory allocation error.
