	AC-6 Cook	0,1 - 0,8 kg (100 g)	Boiled Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them
	Boiled Potatoes	(initial temp 20° C)	into similar sized pieces.
	Jacket Potatoes	Bowl & lid	Jacket Potatoes: Choose potatoes of similar size and

			•	Put the boiled or jacket potatoes into a bowl.
			•	Add the required amount of water (per 100 g),
				approx 2 tbsp and a little salt.
			•	Cover with a lid
			•	When audible signal sounds, stir and re-cover.
			•	After cooking, let the potatoes stand for approx.
				2 minutes.

	Ad-1 Defrost	0,2 - 0,8 kg (100 g)	• Place the food in a flan dish in the centre of the
	Steak, Chops	(initial temp -18° C)	turntable.
		(See note on page 21)	• When the audible signal sounds, turn the food
x9			over, rearrange and separate. Shield thin parts
			and warm spots with small pieces of aluminium
			foil.
			• After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for 10 -
			15 minutes, until thoroughly defrosted.
	Ad-2 Defrost	0,2 - 0,8 kg (100 g)	• Place the block of minced meat in a flan dish in
	Minced Meat	(initial temp -18° C)	the centre of the turntable.
		(See note on page 21)	• When the audible signal sounds, turn the food
x10			over. Remove the defrosted parts if possible.
			• After defrosting, cover with aluminium foil and
			stand for 5 - 10 minutes, until thoroughly
			defrosted.
	Ad-3 Defrost	0,1 - 1,4 kg (100 g)	• Remove all packaging from the cake.
	Cake	(initial temp -18° C)	• Place directly on the turntable, or on a plate in
		Flat dish	the middle of the turntable.

			• After defrosting, cut the cake into similar sized
			pieces keeping space between each piece and let
			stand for 10 - 30 minutes until evenly defrosted.
