NOTES: Auto Defrost
1.Steaks and Chops should be frozen in one layer.
2.Minced meat should be frozen in a thin shape.
3.After turning over, shield the defrosted portions with small, flat pieces of aluminium foil.
4.Gateaux topped and coated with cream are very sensitive to microwave energy. For the best result, if the cream begins to soften rapidly, it is best to remove it from the oven immediately and stand for 10 - 30 minutes at room temperature.

Preparation
1.Wash and dry the fish and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and grease with anchovy butter.
2.Place in a gratin dish.
3.Sprinkle the Gouda over the fish.

6.Drain the Mozarella, cut into slices and place on the tomatoes. Sprinkle the basil over the cheese.
