Front Panel Overview

The following figure shows the main elements of the front panel.

The front panel has the following elements:

• Gra phical User Interface

The graphical user interface is used for monitoring (and changing)

the instrument’s settings

•Softkeys

The softkeys provide context-sensitive fu nctions (functionality

changes according to requirements)

•Numeric keys

Used to set parameter values.

•Tab keys

Used to scroll through the pages of the graphical user interface.

• N avigation knob

Used to n avigate t hrough an d to chang e paramet er values in an easy

way, and also for navigating through the online help.
