5.1.4Event reminder

If a reminder is set for an event, the upcoming event icon will appear on Status bar as a notification when the reminder time arrives.

Touch and drag down the status bar to open the notification panel, touch event name to view Calendar notification list.

Touch Snooze all to turn off all event reminders for 5 minutes.

Touch Dismiss all to delete all reminders from the list.

Touch Back key to keep the reminders pending in the status bar and the notification panel.

Important options by touching Menu icon from Calendar main screen:

•Calendars to display To show or hide, remove or add calendars

To set a series of Calendar settings

Your mobile phone has a built-in clock.

To access this function, touch the Application tab from the Home screen, then touch Clock.

Touch anywhere of the screen to dim/light the screen.Touch	Set
alarm to add or set an alarm.

From Clock screen, touch	to enter Alarms screen, touch	to add
a new alarm. Following options will show:

•Enable alarm Touch to enable the alarm.

• Time	Touch to set time.
• Repeat	Touch to select days you want alarm to work
• Ringtone	Touch to select a ringtone for the alarm
• Vibrate	Select to activate vibration
• Label	Touch to set a name for the alarm

•Gentle alarm Touch to select the alarm which starts with a soft ringtone then a normal ringtone.

•Crazy alarm Touch to select the alarm which has no Snooze mode and the Dismiss button will show when a task is completed.

When finished, touch Done to confirm.

Touch a currently existing alarm to enter alarm editing screen, touch to delete the selected alarm.

Touch Menu icon from Alarms screen, then touch Settings. The following options can now be adjusted:

•Alarm in silent Select to play alarm with sound or vibration

mode	even when the phone is in Silent mode

•Alarm volume Touch to set the volume of alarms

•Snooze duration Touch to set the interval time to play the alarm again if it's not dismissed.
