VENTL ESS HO OD OP T ION

The Ventless H ood option i s facto ry in stalle d direc tly on the top of t he Alto-S haam Combith erm oven . T he h ood is desi gned to v ent cl ean air ba ck i nto th e kitc hen, f ilt ering vapors an d gr ease. A hi gh-power fan dr aws st eam and fumes into th e h ood i ntake a nd ou t th e top s urface exhaus t vent. Fumes and v apors are circulated t hroug h f ilt ers draining th e conden sation through a d rain at t he rear of the hood. An acti vated c harcoal filter cleans the air befo re venting i t o ut the top of th e ho od.

A ventless h ood c onde nsa te dra in line to t he f loo r dr ain must be i nsta lled. T he 3/4" NPT thread co nnectio n is found at t he b ack of th e ho od. T he drain line mu st alw ays be a positive gra dient a way from th e C omb ither m.

FILTER DOOR LATC H

Usi ng a coi n or s crewdr iver, turn to open ; reverse p rocedu re to close a nd l atch.

Hood and oven will not op erate u nless th is is clo sed p roperl y.
