The Ventless Hood option is factor y in stalled direct ly on the top of the Alto-S haam Combithe rm oven. The h ood is des igned to vent clean air back into th e kitch en, f ilt erin g vapors and grease. A high-power fan draw s steam an d fumes in to the hood intake and out the top s urface ex haus t ven t. Fumes and vapors are circulated th rough filt ers draining the condensation through a dr ain at t he r ear o f th e hood. An activated charcoal filter cleans the a ir befo re ven ting it out the top of the hoo d.

A ventless hood con dens ate dra in line to th e flo or dr ain must be installed. The 3/4" NPT thread conn ect ion is foun d at the back of the hood. The drain line must alw ays be a positive gradient away from th e Co mbith erm.

OPENING MECHANISM

Using a coi n or screwdriver, turn to o pen ; revers e proce dure to close and latch.

Hood and oven will not operate unles s th is is closed properly.
