Auto-configuringUnit properties, outlet properties, and user accounts can be downloaded

MasterSwitch VM to MasterSwitch VM from a configuration file. For details on auto- configuring your MasterSwitch VM unit(s), open the README.txt file in the apcConfigUtility directory on the CD.
