TELEPHONE DIRECTORY

Edit a Directory Name & Number

1Press S. The screen displays DIRECTORY.

2Use +or -to scroll to the entry you want

— OR —

Enter the first letter of the name, then use +or -to scroll.

3When the screen displays the entry you want, press S.

4Press -until EDIT is flashing.

DIAL EDIT ERASE 12345678

5Press +to erase letters. Use the keypad to enter new letters.

6Press S.

Erase a Directory Name & Number

1Follow Steps 1–3under “Edit Directory Name and Number.”

2Press -until ERASE is flashing.

3Press S.

4Press -until YES is flashing.

5Press S.

Store a Call History Record in Directory

NOTE: For more information about call history, see page 16.

1Make sure the handset is off.

2Press +or -until the screen displays the call record you want to store.

3Press S.

4Press -until PGM is flashing.

5Press Stwice.

Dial a Directory Number

1Press S. The screen displays DIRECTORY.

2Use +or -to scroll to the entry you want

— OR —

Enter the first letter of the name, then use +or -to scroll.

3Press Lor l. You will hear a dial tone, and the number will be dialed.
