Viewing History

You’ll find the Call History feature very helpful. It is a list of the last 20 phone numbers (or internal Phone Book entries) for calls you placed, accepted, or missed. Call History makes redialing a number fast and easy. It is continually updated as new numbers are added to the beginning of the list.

Each entry contains the phone number (if it is available) and the internal Phone Book entry name (if the phone number is in your internal Phone Book).

To view a Call History entry:

1.To access the main menu, press (Menu).

2.Select Call History ( ).

3.Select one of the following options:

Missed Calls

Outgoing Calls

Incoming Calls

All Calls

Erase History

4.Press (OK).

Note:

You can prevent your call history from being viewed by restricting access through the security menu. See "Call History" on page 52.

Missed Calls

Displays information about the 20 most recently missed calls. Place a call to a missed call number by simply highlighting it then

pressing .

1.To access the main menu, press (Menu).

2.Select Call History ( ).

3.Select Missed Calls ( ). (If the number is already stored in your phone book, only the name appears. If the number is not stored, only the phone number appears.)

4.To view missed call details, press .

Press (Options) to choose from the following options:

Call, Save, Send Picture, Send Text, Prepend, Erase All.

Note:

Call details include the date, time, and phone number (if available).
