The worn nozzles do not have enough “bite” to engage the valve. Try another licensed LP dealer or purchase a new tank with an OPD (Overfilling Prevention Device.)
Humming or whistling Outside temperature, humidi-

Although this sound may be alarming, this is NOT dangerous as long as it is not accompanied by the smell of gas. Simply adjust the burner settings and usually the sound will subside.
