Static Route Parameters
Static routing is the manual method used to set up routing. A network administrator enters routes into the Modem- Router using the following screens. This method has
the advantage of being predictable, and simple to set up. It is easy to manage in small networks but does not scale well.
Parameter | Description |
Index | Displays the number of the route. |
Network | Displays the IP address of the remote computer |
Address | for which to set a static route. |
