If the telephone company provides Enhanced Caller ID, the caller's name appears after the caller phone number.

Distinctive Ring *DR

If the telephone company is providing distinctive ring service to the local phone line, the Modem 3600 can report the type of ring to the DTE.* The data communications software package must allow distinctive ring.

*Caller ID and Distinctive Ring are compatible only with USA standards.
