How to dilute Pretreatment :

You can have some margins to dilute Pretreatment. Select the ratio for your material and purpose.

Standard:

Pretreatment 1 L + Distilled Water 2 L ( 1:2 volume ratio)

thinner mix:

Pretreatment 1 kg + Distilled Water 2 kg ( 1:2 weight ratio)

rich mix:

Pretreatment 1 L + Distilled Water 1 L( 1:1 volume ratio)

<Note>

When you dilute Pretreatment in rich condition, white is whiter but halo mark around the pretreated area may be seen easily and the washability may be worse. On the other hand, when you dilute in thinner mix, the halo mark may be improved but the print may be less white, and the of the diluted Pretreatment may not be stable.

How to apply with the spray:

(1)Put the Pretreatment into the spray. Use an spray which can produce fine mists.

(2)Put a T-shirt flat and apply by spraying the Pretreatment. Insert some plate so that the Pretreatment will not go into the back side. Weight the T-shirt before / after then you can see the amount of applied Pretreatment to help you acquaint.

How to spray the Pretreatment

<Note>

Pretreatment mist may spread out when you use a spray and/or pretreatment applicator. Ventilate your room in operation. Wear a face mask or goggles as necessary.

(3)Roll a roller on the surface so that the Pretreatment can sink equally.

(4)Put the T-shirt on the heat press. Keep the surface flat without wrinkles. Use glass cloth sheet or fluorine coated sheet (Teflon Sheet) and press with high pressure. Curing condition is the same as ink: 180°C (356°F) in 35 seconds.

(5)Remove the T-shirt from the heat press and cool.
