When putting paper in the MP tray, make sure i t touche s the back of the tray and r emains under the
maximum paper height guides on both sides of the tray.

While pressing the paper-guide release lever, slide the paper guide to fit the paper size.

Send the print data to the printer .

Close the face-up output tray.
Make sure that the paper is straight and in the proper position in t he MP tray. If it is not, the paper
may not be fed properly, resul ting in a skewed printout or a paper jam.
When you put paper in the MP tray, please remember the following;
■During print ing, the inside tray rises to fe ed paper into the printer.
■The side to be printed on must be face up.
■Put the leading edge (top of the paper) in first and push it gently into the tray.
■The top of the paper stack must be under the maximum paper height guides that are on both
sides of the tray.
