If the document is jammed, follow the steps below.

Document is jammed inside the front of the control panel.

Remove any paper from the AD F that is not jammed.

Pull the jammed document ou t toward the front of the machine.

Press Stop/Exit.

Document is jammed inside the back of the control panel.

Remove any paper from the AD F that is not jammed.

Open the control panel cover.

Pull the jammed docume nt out toward the back o f the machine.

Close the control panel cover.
