PRINTING MEMORY TEXT

Text files and auto format layout files stored in the memory can easily be printed without recalling each file one by one.

To print stored text files:

1Hold down cand press 0. “PRINT” appears on the display with the file number and beginning of the most recently stored or recalled text.

To quit the Memory print function without printing text, hold down cand press

0(or press just *).

2Press e or h to display the file containing the text that you wish to print. The text stored under the selected file is shown in the bottom line of the display.

To see other parts of the selected text file, press for w.

3Press rso that the file number flashes.

To remove a file from those that are to be printed, press rso that the file num- ber no longer flashes.

4Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the file numbers for all files that you wish to print are flash- ing. _. The text stored under the selected file numbers is printed.5 Press

To print stored auto format layout files:

1Press ior j, depending on the type of layout that you wish to print.

2Hold down cand press 0. The name of the layout appears in the top line of the dis- play and the file number and beginning of the most recently stored or recalled text appear in the bottom line.

To quit the Memory print function without printing text, hold down cand press

0(or press just *).

3Press e or h to display the file containing the text that you wish to print. The text stored under the selected file is shown in the bottom line of the display.

To see other parts of the selected text file, press for w. Files using the same layout are stored grouped together.

4Press rso that the file number flashes.

To remove a file from those that are to be printed, press rso that the file num- ber no longer flashes.

5Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the file numbers for all files that you wish to print are flashing.

6 Press _. “MENU” appears in the display.

7 Make sure that PRINT is flashing, and then press _. All of the selected files are printed.

To change the style of the stored auto format layout:

8Press eor huntil the CHNGE STL? command is displayed.
