☞The default setting (NO CHANGE) can be selected by pressing r.

APress _. “MENU” appears in the display.

To print more stored files:

BPress eor huntil the PRINT MORE command is displayed.

CPress _. The name of the layout appears in the top line of the display and the file number and beginning of the text appears in the bottom line.

DPress eor hto display the file containing the text that you wish to print.

EPress rso that the file number flashes.

FRepeat steps D and E until the file numbers for all files that you wish to print are flashing.

GPress _. “MENU” appears in the display.

HMake sure that PRINT is flashing, and then press _. All of the selected files are printed.

To finish printing stored files:

IPress eor huntil the EXIT command is displayed.

JPress _

EXAMPLE

To print text stored under file numbers 1 and 2:
