Beep tones
Your BT Hub Phone 1020 handset emits beeps to alert you to
certain situations. You can set the handset to beep:
•As confirmation each time a handset button is pressed
(key beeps).
•If the battery is low.
•If you go out of range of the base.
These beeps can be switched ON or OFF.However,beeps
which confirm settings cannot be switched off.
To switch key beeps On/Off
1. Press Menu toaccess the menu.
2. Press or to scroll and display
HANDSET SETTINGS
and
press OK .
3. Press or until
BEEPTONES
is displayed and
press OK .
4. Press or until
KEYBEEP
is displayed and press OK .
Handset settings
The default setting for all key beeps
is ON.
