Press the OPTIONS button.
Until display flashes
Caller ID.
Press the OPTIONS button to confirm.
Display will flash Waiting for 1 second and then View will flash.
Press the OPTIONS button to confirm.
The screen will show how many numbers have been stored.
NOTE: If no calls have been received the screen will say Data Empty.

To save a callerÕs number into the phone book
When viewing your stored numbers:
Options To see the time and date of the call.
Options | Display will flash Save. |

Display will show Name: and the telephone number.
ABC Enter the caller’s name.
Options To confirm. You will then hear the confirmation beeps.
