4.On the handset:
From idle mode:
Press Menu 
to access the menu.
Navigate through the menu using 
and 
until Registration is highlighted.
Press OK 
, Register Handset is displayed.
Press OK 
, Base 1 is displayed.
Press 
to select the base unit number you want to register to. Already used base units have a * sign on the right of the base name.
Press OK 
, System PIN is displayed. While typing the
PIN code (0000), digits are displayed as asterisks. Press
Back/Clear 
to delete the last character or to go back to previous menu if you have made a mistake.
Press OK 
to validate and start the registration. Base search x is displayed where x is the base number.
