Navigating the menus
Your BT Videophone 1000 has a simple on screen menu. Each menu has a list of options, which you can see above.
When the videophone is switched on and in standby:
1.Press MENU to open the main menu.
2.Use the 
button to highlight the menu you want and press OK .
3.When the menu item you want is displayed, press:
OK to select the highlighted option.
BACK or 
to return to the previous level.
or 
to scroll through the list of options.
Press and hold to return to the standby screen.
