Open a Menu and Select an Item

Press [4] or [e] until the menu you want to open is

displayed ➞press [Set].

Press [4] or [e] to browse through the menu items

➞press [Set] to go to the next level.

➞

Return to Previous Level

Press [Additional Functions] to return to the previous level

and continue browsing.

If you continue to press [Additional Functions], the machine returns to the Standby

mode.

Return to Standby Mode

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the Standby mode.

If you do not press a key for two minutes, the machine automatically returns to

the Standby mode.

Set the desired copy features. Press [Start] to begin copying. Canceling a Copy Job Making Multiple Copies You can make multiple copies. Press [Set] to finish the 2 on 1 copy function. Reserved Copying Reserving the Next Copy Job Press [Stop/Reset] twice while the machine is printing. Place the document to be reserved face down on the platen glass or in the ADF. Set the desired copy features. Confirming the Copy Job You Reserved Press [Stop/Reset] while the machine is printing. Press [4] or [e] to confirm the reservation number, time, and number of documents. Press [Stop/Reset] to return the machine to the Standby mode. Grip the paper drawer handle, and pull it towards you until the paper drawer comes to a stop. Open a package of paper,and remove a stack of paper. Load the paper stack under the paper drawers length guide and width guides . Gently insert the paper drawer as far as it will go.
