• The 2 on 1 copy function is not available with an enlarging or reducing function.

• If letter size paper is not loaded in the paper drawer, the message <LOAD LTR SIZE

PAPER> appears in the LCD and the 2 on 1 copy is canceled.In this case, load

letter size paper in the paper drawer or stack bypass and set the 2 on 1 copy again.

• To make a 2 on 1 copy reducing two letter size documents to fit on one letter size

page, set <PAPER SIZE GROUP> to <INCH> in <COPY SETTINGS> from the

<ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS> menu.Be sure to load letter size paper in the paper

drawer or stack bypass.

When Loading Documents in the ADF

The imageRUNNER 1670F/1630 models have an ADF.

Press [2 on 1].

2ON1 appears in the LCD.

Load documents face down in the ADF.

If you are making a 2 on 1 copy of a document with an odd number of pages, add

one blank letter size paper to the pages being scanned.

Use the numeric keys to set the copy quantity.

Grip the paper drawer handle, and pull it towards you until the paper drawer comes to a stop. Open a package of paper,and remove a stack of paper. Load the paper stack under the paper drawers length guide and width guides . Gently insert the paper drawer as far as it will go.
