Press [Start].

The machine begins scanning.

Place the next page of the document on the platen glass

➞press [Start].

Repeat this step to scan all documents.

Press [Set].

The machine begins printing out the copies.

When scanning multiple page documents, the message <MEMORY FULL> may

appear in the LCD and scanning is canceled.In this case, reduce the number of

pages to be scanned or change the image quality mode to <TEXT>.

Image Combination (2 on 1 Copy)

Use 2 on 1 to reduce two sheets to fit on one sheet.Two letter size documents

are automatically reduced to fit on a single letter size page.

Press [Set] to finish the 2 on 1 copy function. Reserved Copying Reserving the Next Copy Job Press [Stop/Reset] twice while the machine is printing. Place the document to be reserved face down on the platen glass or in the ADF. Set the desired copy features. Confirming the Copy Job You Reserved Press [Stop/Reset] while the machine is printing. Press [4] or [e] to confirm the reservation number, time, and number of documents. Press [Stop/Reset] to return the machine to the Standby mode. Grip the paper drawer handle, and pull it towards you until the paper drawer comes to a stop. Open a package of paper,and remove a stack of paper.
