No se detecta la doble alimentació n.

Causa y remedio

La detección de doble alimentación no es posible en

 

documentos que tienen una anchura de 130 mm o menos

 

aunque esté activada la detección de doble alimentación.

Condició n

Aunque el papel no está entrando en á ngulo, ocurre error

 

de desviació n.

Causa y remedio

El escáner determina erróneamente que está ocurriendo

 

desviación de papel.

 

Este error ocurre cuando el área 5 mm desde el borde

 

superior del original contiene texto o imagen o el original tiene

 

fondo negro. Si ocurre este error, desactive la detección de

 

desviación y explore el documento otra vez. O, copie el

 

documento en un papel diferente, disponga un margen más

 

amplio alrededor del documento (o aclare el fondo), y explore

 

el documento otra vez.

Condició n

Cuando el documento se ensucie (con el impresor

 

instalado).

Causa y remedio

Esto se debe a que la tinta se pega en los orificios de la placa

 

guía en el interior del impresor. Limpie esos orificios con un

 

palillo de cabeza de algodón.
