6.Select an appropriate record, and choose the items from PLU, subdepartment, department, function, fixed totalizer, group, and void reason.

•You can input the items directly from PLU, subdepartment, department and free function. The PLU#, S-DEPT#, DEPT#, and LIST# keys are possible to use.

•If you want to delete the item, move the cursor on an

appropriate item, and then press the <NO> key. All items below the cursor will be deleted. If you press <YES>, the pulldown menu will appear to select an item.

7. Press the <ESC> key to go to the next menu.
