That the cable connected is the one you are testing at the far end (might be labeling problem) - check the port is working with another device

The patch panel contacts and labeling

That the Flex-Jack Terminal block contacts are not contaminated.

Connect Flex-Jack LAN Jack in to the Flex- Jack housing and use LAN cable tester to check the cable (If cable tester not available – connect a laptop computer and check for LAN connectivity)

Press again the cable wires into the terminal block. Check that wire insulation penetrated by each terminal.
