Fabric Controller LEDs
Each Fabric Module has two sets of LED indicators.
The two LEDs (green or yellow) are the module status indicators (Table 5 -5).
The single LED (green only) indicates whether of not the module is the active system master
(Table 5 -6).

Interpreting the Fabric Controller LEDs

Color State Indication
Green over
Yellow
off No system power, or LED failure.
Green solid on System running with no errors detected.
Green off No power to the fabric controller, LED failure, or
yellow LED is On.
Yellow off No failure on the fabric controller.
Yellow solid on Module error detected. Operator intervention
required.
Yellow blinking Identify. Assists in identifying a particular Field
Replaceable Unit on the chassis.
This state is initiated by the user.
This LED can be initiated manually by using the
diag LED test. Refer to the Command Line
Reference Guide for more information.

Green on This module is currently the system master.
Note that only fabric modules in one of the two
core slots can become master.
Green off This module is not the active system master.
