Safety Recommendations

Any device that uses electricity must be ha ndled car efu lly; foll ow these guid elin es to ens ure gene ral
safety:
•Keep the chassis area clear an d d ust -f ree during and after instal lat ion.
•Put the removed chassis cover in a safe place.
•Keep tools away from walk areas w here you and others could fal l over th em.
•Do not wear loose clothing that could get caught in the chassis. Fasten your tie or scarf and roll up
your sleeves.
•Wear safety glasses if you are working under any conditions that might be hazardous to your eyes.
•Do not perform any action th at creates a potential hazard to pe op le or mak es the equipment unsafe .

Maintaining Safety with Electricity
