開機與關機

打開機件電源，按[ ON ];關掉機件電源，按 [ 2nd ] [ OFF ]。

電池的更換

SRP-280N使用一只鹼性電池(G13 或 LR44)為電力來源。SRP-285N是使用一只鹼性電池(G13 或 LR44)與 1 太陽能電池供應電力的雙電源系統。當顯示幕影像微弱、或很難辨識時(尤其是 SRP-285N在光線不良的情形下)，應盡快更新電池。

更換電池的方式:

1)拆卸螺絲和電池盒蓋。

2)取出舊電池，並插入新電池，注意極性方向正確，然後放回蓋子。

3)更換電池後，請使用帶尖的物體按壓位於本裝置背面銘牌區域的重定孔。

自動關機功能

當 6~12 分鐘內沒有按下任何鍵的情況下，本機將自動關機，此時，再按下[ ON ]可重新啟動機件電源，本機仍保留原顯示畫面、記憶器的內容以及先前的設定。

重設的操作

在關機的狀態下，若你得到一非期望的數值，請依序按下 [ 2nd ] [ RESET ]，此時顯示幕出現一訊息確認你是否想要重新設定這台計算機並清除記憶器所有內容。

藉由[ ]將游標移至" Y "，然後按[	]鍵清除所有的變數、程式、

暫訂操作、統計資料、答案、所有先前的輸入、以及記憶器的內容；若要取消重設操作，請選擇" N "。

如果計算器被鎖定，無法進一步操作按鍵，請使用帶尖的物體按壓重定孔，解除鎖定。其將所有設置返回預設值。

調節螢幕亮度

先按下[ MODE ]再按[		] 或 [	]可調節顯示幕的亮度變亮或變暗；
持續壓按[	] 或 [	]其中一按鍵時，可快速地調整顯示幕的亮度。

讀取顯示幕

顯示幕是由輸入行、答案行和指示器組成。
