Forconvenience when carryingor transportingyour
mitersaw from one place to another, a carrying
handle hasbeen providedon top of the saw arm as
shownin figure 4. To transport, turn offand unplug
yoursaw, then lowerthe saw arm and lock it in the
down position: Locksaw arm by depressing the lock
pin.

off lever mustbe presseddown withthe palmof your
handto turn saw on. The spdngloaded lever will
springback intothe lock-offposition when the switch
triggeris released.

saw, wesuggestthat youdisconnectit from the power
supplyand lockthe switchin the offposition. To lock
the switch, installapadlockthrough thehole inthe
switchtrigger.A lock witha shackleup to 13/64 in.
diametermay be used.When the lock isinstalled and
locked,the switchis inoperable.Store the padlockkey
inanother location.
