Paper bay door will not | It is possible that your roll of paper or labels |
close. | is too large. Unwrap enough of the media to |

| It is also possible that one or both of the |
| platen clips has closed. Use your thumb to |
| open the platen clips and then try closing |
| the paper bay door. |
The printer makes a | Unplug the printer’s power cable. Open the |
