Pour obtenir des fruits déshydratés de haute qualité, sélectionner que des fruits mûrs sans taches.

Bien laver les fruits et les sécher en tapotant. Les éplucher le cas échéant. Les fruits non épluchés prendront plus longtemps à se déshydrater. Retirer les noyaux, les queues ou les pépins le cas échéant. Placer les fruits sur une grille à pâtisserie sur une grille du four.

Il est recommandé d’utiliser le mode AERO PURE ou CUISSO AERO à 50 °C (125 °F).

Conseils pour l’apprêt du pain

Le four offre un milieu fermé idéal pour apprêter le pain.

Préchauffer le four en mode CUISSO NORMAL à 30 °C (100 °F). Lorsque l’on est prêt à faire lever la pâte, mettre la température sur OFF, en laissant le bouton de modes de four sur CUISSO NORMAL, et placer la pâte dans un bol couvert sur une grille du four chaud. Le four sera à la température parfaite pour faire lever la pâte et il est si bien isolé qu’il restera chaud pendant plusieurs heures.

Remarque : certaines recettes recommandent de mettre de l’eau ou de la glace dans le four avec le pain durant la cuisson. L’humidité additionnelle améliore la croûte du pain. Il faut placer de l’eau ou de la glace dans un plat résistant à la chaleur et sur une grille de four en position

1 ou 2. Ne pas le placer directement sur la sole du four. Placer de l’eau, de la glace ou tout plat directement sur la sole du four endommagera l’émail vitrifié de manière permanente.
